>>88365801I don't know what discussion's happening but the original was just scarier due to tank controls + camera angles. The combat system unironically made it far too action-oriented making the game less spooky than Resident Evil 4.
That said the remake does everything else better in spades, and the combat system itself is fun enough since the combat in the original was ass.
