It works if you add the bottom row from left to right or the right column from top to bottom, but that doesn't work for the middles. Left: yes. Right: yes. Center: no. Top: yes. Bottom: yes. Middle: no. So are we meant to just ignore the middle center tile entirely, as well as the row and column? That seems wrong somehow. None of the other answers are good though.
