I would disagree with his take on the Pope though
The Pope isn't as hard line as I would like but he still affirms the sanctity of marriage, rejects the murder of the unborn and the evil of contraceptives, and most other contentious issues of our time
Especially when you frame it in a historical context, you had Popes like Benedict IX who would go on to be described as a demon who occupied the chair of Peter
Not to mention the Church is the longest standing institution in opposition to the debauchery of international tiny hat people, I'm skeptical of anyone who is quick to deride it or it's leaders
