age, allergies & reflux etc. similar to Suisei, but she doesn't want to admit or address it. That is why in all of her karaoke for the past year Peko rests 15+ minutes between songs and chooses relatively simpler ones. Being opsec queen and upholding Pekora character, she doesn't want to change her voice to a more comfortable one and that restricts her karaoke choices. Of course, that's much less of an issue for recordings.
