>>57755420I think he has a poverty mindset where he doesn't believe his source of income is reliable enough to spend anything that isn't strictly necessary. He would likely end up in a minimum wage job if Neuro's views fell off, so he's preparing for that outcome by saving as much as possible but inadvertently increasing the likelihood of failure by doing the same thing every week. If this continues he will be his own downfall and I doubt he realises this at all.
