I've realized my attention is so horrible, I can't even watch streams fully sometimes. When I watch VODs on my own pace I can do 2x speed and also pause to finish laughing at jokes so my laugh won't overlap with what's going to happen next.
...Sometimes I pause the VOD and walk around my room talking to myself about what I've seen for some time, and then continue.
