>>84685693>dumbbell workoutsIf your goal is to lose weight, you can skip weightlifting and commit to cardio, even walking is good (but it takes a lot of time). But consider some hard shit, I, as a lazy person, recommend stationary bike, there are different programs, I, once again, prefer HIIT, because it takes the least amount of time, but it's the most brutal of them all in terms of effort
> it's cringe to hear fat people talk about working outCan't get slim without working out, you know, so not cringe. It just takes willpower, consistency and a lot of effort, your body doesn't want to burn fat, it wants to sit down and eat pure sugar and store a lot of fat so you can die of cardiac arrest at 40
>counting my calorie intakeVery good. Most weight loss results come from the kitchen, not from working out. Exercise is there to speed up your metabolism and make your lazy ass body start burning fat
>About two weeksKeep in mind that it takes months to see noticeable results (years if you're comically obese). Last year I lost about 20kg of fat in 5 months. I don't recommend going that hard, it's very hard on your body and mind, but anything is possible, just take breaks, it will help you not to binge eat at some point when you lose your motivation (you will lose it eventually, be prepared) You still have to give up all that tasty, sweet, fatty, good smelling food. Yummmm...
>dumbbell workoutsI mean, if you want to go that route, you'll quickly realize that dumbbels aren't enough for a man. 3 years ago I started with two dumbbels and nothing else. Now I have two sets of adjustable dumbbels, two benches (one flat and one adjustable), a barbell rack with the bar and the pullup bar. And a leather harness for my neck extensions. And a stationary bike for those times when my fat belly makes me unhappy with my looks
