It was pretty much only Selen since she was always reaching out everywhere to organize events, join tournaments to network, get perms from and thank devs directly, organize contests (that Niji subsequently rugpulled), and befriending absolutely everybody who she could reasonably contact.
My favorite thing I love to keep bringing up is how when she went to Japan to meet the NijiJP, she made a bunch of handmade gifts for the NijiJP folks, and Kanae was so touched that he gave her his expensive necklace, which immediately made Kanato seethe.
