ANYCOLOR Q2 REPORT REVIEW (THE THING YOU’RE LOOKING FOR)
Once again, I implore that you review this document yourself or at least find someone who isn’t a random Anon. I’m not responsible for your misguided opinions, it’s up to you to properly learn.
Anycolor’s revenue barely misses their revenue forecast despite a record 9.9 Billion in revenue (+51.5 YoY), with specifically event and commerce missing their predictions. As for their profit forecast with a result of 4.04 billion yen (65.8% YoY), with the under-performance being attributed to delayed merch shipments. The ratio of their expenses also for the most part stays unchanged. They also recruit an additional 39 employees to bring up their total number of employees to 493 strong.
For their Q3, Anycolor forecasts 9.4-9.95 billion yen in revenue for them. In my personal opinion, this may actually be a reasonable and attainable goal for them considering upcoming events. Not to mention EN not actively bleeding this time around to not actively drag down their efforts. Although the new problem of increased shipping delays for merch is still apparent.
Surprisingly, Anycolor has made no announcements regarding buybacks or dividends outside of a record of paying out the one announced earlier. They’ll be at the whims of the market this time around.
Overall, this quarter is a pretty mediocre showing. Records have been broken, but they missed their revenue forecasts for a third time now. My initial prediction right now is that Anycolor will continue to languish in their low 2000s, but don’t take my word as gospel.
