Kotoka has backstabber allegations and Melocco just doesn't give off trustworthy vibes and Shu is too close to the clique so they are not good choices.
The good choices are Petra and Alban. They've been close to the JP audience and JP branch and made a good image for themselves. They've both built good networks of friends from all over the industry. Alban also has collabed with Altare who is close to Doki. If he secures a collab with Altare again, he'll probably be able to shake off the affects of any bully allegations. But there is a high chance they built their good networks as a fallback for when they leave the company and it maybe he hard to get them to become the new face of EN.
