I noticed a few grammatical errors, and characterisation was a bit clunky, however it does seem like the focus was on the fetish side, not crafting a perfect story scenario, so it's not really a big deal.
Overall, I really enjoyed it, and your writing and presentation of unbirth was, while different, still quite enjoyable.
