Whenever I try to think of Kanata streams to recommend I realize my favorite streams tend to be really long play sessions with lots of zatsudan mixed in with game focused moments, often over 12 hours long if you count a whole series like her MC hardcore challenge or JK, which doesn't make for the best entry point.
