The only way to save NijiEN is for the next, I'd say 3-4 waves, to be perfect, and I'm not even kidding.
The next wave is the Gamer wave and is all males. All of those males need to NOT be like half the males they have now. The unironically need to be like the Holostars.
The wave after that is presumably mixed gen as per the audition. They need to not fuck that up too.
Then they need to do that 2 more times.
When all is said in done, they'll be at what, 40? 50 ENs?
At that point, the Branch will unironically filled with more "good" people than dogshit dramamagnets. The ones who are dogshit dramamagnets (aka the ones we have now) will have a choice, either change or keep doing what they're doing, but if they keep doing what they're doing they'll just be the sore thumbs of the EN branch while everyone else is loved and not treated like shit or in any drama
