Miquella was an empyrean cursed with eternal youth, he cure himself and help his sister who was also cursed, he made needles to cure her but it wasn't enough so he decided to become a god, he made a vow with Radahn to make him his lord when he became a god. Miquella would then use his powers to charm people to seduce Mohg to get to the Land of Shadow where he abandoned parts of himself for his ascension and used Mohgs dead body to revive Radahn to usher in a new age before getting clapped by us
