I'd say say as far as being a decent person goes, she's probably one of the best Vshojo has, not to say any of them are bad, but her life experiences have definitely made put her into a unique position where she treats literally everyone like they're the greatest person she's ever met. Even I've gotten to speak to her a few to her a few times and seen her try to make everyone in a room feel good and make sure no one feels awkward or left out. Her disease isn't directly to do with her heart though, she just has a port going to her heart. She has CVID. Basically she has a terrible immune system that she was born with genetically. She's not very strong physically and can't go out, and because of her immune system she got a lung disease as some point in her life as well, which makes it harder to keep up her opera voice she likes to sing with on streams sometimes, and it's why you can occasionally hear extra oxygen she gets.
