Consider doing a holiday special stream. If there's a card for it there can be a special for it. There's a variety of things you can do for a holiday special. For one thing you could do a art stream where you design a card chat can buy prints of, or download to print themselves. It can be a special collectable one of a kind card especially made by you for your chat, and their loved ones. A card doesn't have to be complicated so you really don't have to be the best artist out there. When it comes to cards it's the thought that counts. That means if you don't have much time for design you wil probably still be able to muster something presentable. People love cards, and often hold on to them, and cherish them for some time. You may even end up with collectors trading, and auctioning cards some time down the line. A virtual animated card could be worth creating too since the whole idea of a special is to have fun. Not sure if you know what a virtual greeting card is though as those were mostly in fashion in the age of email before social media.
Some other ideas worth considering for a holiday special stream is a themed cooking stream. A dish that you might regularly cook, or a dish that you simply think is appropriate for the occasion could be fun to prepare on stream. If you're doing a cooking stream you might want to look up how food network does it, so that when you perform it looks like movie magic. As often times with live cooking performances much work is put into preparing the dish in stages so that you simply really just show off the steps in stations rather than enduring the long waiting time it can take to cook. Though if you want to do the entire cooking process on stream like say a 10 hour brisket then consider having more to on stream than the cooking, but at that point is it still a cooking stream? I digress. Valentines is coming up. If you want to do a cooking stream for Valentine's consider chocolates. If you have the logistics you can even consider sending the chocolate candies to select viewers after stream. That or bringing them to the next convention, and having them available. Though there is that saying about taking candy from strangers.
Another idea to consider for a holiday special is a RP/ASMR simulation adventure. You can prepare a slide show, and free assets props, and go on a adventure simulation with your chat. Say Christmas. you can do the whole 3 ghosts thing from a Christmas carol. Say Valentine's. You can go on a date that keeps getting interrupted. There's plenty of stuff you can do. Summer Vacation? Day at the beach simulation with ambient beach sounds, and building sand castles, and standing up to beach bullies in a game of volleyball. If you need reference for how a simulated adventure can go try watching a few anime shows. Some anime shows have holiday special episodes peppered throughout their seasons. One example is that squid girl anime thaat's essentially a giant summer special as the entire show.
Lastly consider doing a power point presentation to do a lecture to what a holiday means to you, and why you fekt you needed to make a special about it. For example if you're a history buff you might want to explore who saint Valentine's was. If you're a more dramatic history buff you might want to cover the Valentine's day massacre. If you're a drama buff you might want to discuss Romeo, and Juliet's, and other fictional stories of star crossed lovers who despite their yearning for each other were simply not meant to be. If you do a power point presentation lecture you might want to consider including links to video to cue up, and watch (preferable if you made the video yourself as to not worry about copyright) some vocaroo links. Images. Talking points. Maybe some poems that are on topic you would like to share.
