For being a manga that goes a little slower with fun things every chapter (and bits of melancholy inbetween) throwing a death right in your face like that I found to be too blunt. When you saw the chick without any hair lying there in the box, that's too direct a hit. It could've been a little more tasteful, a little more subtle than a ripped off corpse.
But really, this is just me venting off seeing the chick die. Stuff like that always wrenches my heart too tight. I enjoyed the manga alot for everything outside of that one scene.
