>>23124546Don't watch much Holo or Niji, but from what I understand they at least also work on sponsorships, merch, and events to promote the talents. Tsunderia didn't do much of any of that as far as I can tell. It took Yuuna's success at merch to finally prod Tsunderia to make merch, after all.
But then again, what the anon before you said is true too. It is kind of a two way street. It's cute and endearing hearing that the girls don't listen to management when things are steady and the management are chuubas themselves but it isn't actually a good thing for the talents to be doing.
If/when Tsunderia goes under it might be chalked up to mismanagement coupled with a lot of the first chuubas they hired not really being cut out for being in a corpo, not for lack of talent but their temperament.
