>>5140286Not in 2e it doesn't. Nothing on the merit specifies otherwise. Like Eidetic Memory, for example. Mummy/Immortal specific merits are in the Timeless Merit section. General Merits, like Vestige, are open to any character you could make with the MtC2e book unless it specifically states you cannot and as it does not do that you can take it as a mortal.
It's also not the case in 1e either, directly after Vestiage there is a Merit that has a non-mummy prerequisite.
