Even though there is a big difference in points and quality compared to the very deserving fics in 1st and 2nd place, the result makes me feel better about picking this fic idea for the contest which meant putting a lot of beats into 3k words. It is still true that the story would have benefited from being longer, but in the end it seems to have worked out this way as well.
