It's why Luna could play Bloodborne but Bijou cannot. Here is a simple graphic that was used by A-chan to show all the different branches of hololive productions. Obviously, do not care about those side branches on the right. Each bottom level requires separate perms faxed to head office, and sadly perms that are given on websites as a blanket "YOU CAN PLAY OUR GAMES" also do not count. There is a long and sordid history about perms, and it is full of sadness and turmoil.
