I tend to just "shut down" when I do because of how rare positivity was (and kind of is) in my life, so bear with me, but thanks anon.
It's a long uphill battle for everyone in terms of self-confidence and assurance to do things (and I probably still won't do it for a very long time), but it's always helpful to get a hand stretched out to help you along.
