Hey, quick question folks (emphasis on quick, less than an hour to complete the order to get it by tomorrow):
Does anyone have experience using moving blankets as soundproofing?
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MTVGT4KI was searching around and apparently this is a sort of known ghetto studio-insulation-on-the-cheap method, with the top review even being about these things' quality as a sound-insulating product rather than how good they are for moving.
If anyone has experience using these, or a similar method of "really big blankets/fabric covers", I was thinking of just getting gorilla tape to adhere them to the wall, as I don't wanna try to nail them in since I'm moving out within the next year, but I'm obviously worried that wouldn't be sufficiently strong to hold the weight (stated weight is 3.5 pounds per blanket).
