I think she's trying to be cheery but knows she doesn't give off happy vibes
or maybe she doesn't want to sound harsh and laughs to make it obvious she's not serious
it's not really a fake laugh in classical sense and you have autism if you think it sounds like that
as far as personality goes i think she might be genuinely autistic if HER clips are anything to go by but i was never her fan so ive no idea
