EN barely does anything like those, keep it going until a payoff event weeks later.
They could make a cult around Aqua (since she was the main narrative driver before Pekora), hype up her achievements, upcoming events and be all impressed when seeing stuff she built in Minecraft, etc.
You could do it with Pekora too, but the rarity buff is prefered here. Have 1 side drive the meme more.
