People here keep talking about "disagreements with management" as if that somehow immediately implies bad blood between management and the talent. That's not necessarily the case. It's entirely possible for a talent to graduate simply because they disagree with the direction her employer is taking and doesn't think it fits her style of work ethic or goals. The talent can respect the direction nonetheless but believes it's best to part ways. So far, nothing Fauna has said or done implies there is any bad blood between her and Cover, unless I missed anything specific. Regardless, there's no need to jump to conclusions needlessly.
