As for the content, it would not be videogame-centric. It's meant to grow the 'youtuber' part of virtual youtuber. Not everything is a videogame stream.
Content-wise, I think it would divided into three types
>NewsChuuba is the commentator/face of the organisation, she presents news on global events of that universe. Talks about the organisation's involvements in it. And other updates on the other characters.
>DocumentaryAs she's also the PR, she's also responsible for orienting new members of the organisation. Presents documentary of historic events of the universe, and comments on any interesting trivia.
>FluffMiscellaneous in-universe sketches such as commercials, meeting slides, etc.
