What you should have is
>Enough talent in something that you could proudly sell yourself on that skill/put it on a resumeBased on the current Holos, this could be basically anything that can be utilized in a corporate streaming environment (art, music, business skills, even game dev). Obviously this means making content, but it's gotta be something you're actually passionate and skilled at that shows through properly
>Reasonable amounts of charismaIf you have a decent CCV, this should be a given especially if you've been networking a lot, but you can get by without having to network by showing it through your audition. If you have the charisma, you should be able to show it off properly.
>Ability to maintain some sort of presence or brandingshould be pretty obvious
>Work ethicalso obvious
>LuckCover Pro looks for specific people to play their specific characters that they have in mind, although I guess ARMIS has been the sole exception to the rule so far but everything about them is grimy so whatever. There's loads of talented people who have been rejected because their personality is just not what they're looking for. Don't force yourself to be something you're not just to get in though.
