The third layer is "the lie within the lie": trolls will pretend to be either of them for no reason but to gather (you)s. They have no agenda. You can find "the lie within the lie" in the catalog bait threads for the most part. These are people who make the actual majority of said posts.
The reason why males are brought during every IS catalog thread is because of trolls. People in the "truth" layer do not care for the most part because fan games do not challenge the status que and people in the "lie" layer dont care about fighting games enough to bother.
