He did want to turn HoloEN into something more similar to NijiEN at the time. He did want to fully control IRyS' journey and Project: HOPE was his personal pet project. He also was in charge of StarsEN and it was his second pet project. The T3mpus rrats are true. He was demoted after his failures to grow the brands in 2022, and was put into JP middle-management. He was one of the staff pushing Holizontal as a project, and wanted it to yet again be another program to push the Holostars brand. Given how it is today, being in the dumpster, we know how that went. After this second failure, he was demoted further, and given one last chance. This last chance was as a part of managing one of the EN Stars directly, which happened to be Jurard. After Jurard's "Hate Marketing" though, his last chance was ablaze and he was completely fired. The EN girls who were put through the worst because of him started popping bottles, and Advent joined in, as their two year wait was because of him. How do I know all this? Well, let's just say that you know a lot when you have a front row seat to it all.
