I don't see a problem with multiple posts other than the fact that I can't devote time to compile it all every day (which is why I switched to threadly round-ups that I start working on when we hit 200 posts).
The volume of news isn't going to change just because we go through threads faster: just the density of the round-ups and OPs. However, that in turn means round ups will need to be done more often.
