the majority of unitybeggars aren't even holostars fans, they're fans of the girls first and foremost who like seeing their oshis bully and swing around the male talents like toys. they aren't even interested in watching solo or male-only content, they only care about these guys in the context of their oshis. maybe they want to self-insert in the boys' place, maybe they're got some sort of fetish out of it. but i understand now. every time the girls are needlessly brought up in the stars's chat, it's some greyname with an Irys or Shiori or a Ina icon, some Hololive EN fan. every time they force the girls to speak about people they'll never collab with, they've been membered for several years but never even take a glance at a solo stream of the boys they're pushing for. they don't care about who is or isn't comfortable, or any sort of genuine collab chemistry between talents, they just like the nebulous concept of "holostars and hololive together". most of these people have long since left both sides alone, especially since Gen 2 and 3 don't seem to humor that kind of thing, but it's been embarrassing seeing people trying to push for zeta or nodoka for axel's 3D when that's a long dead joke actual fans of the guy wouldn't even consider, or people trying to inject Kobo into every little thing Altare despite him being so sick of it he put off collabing with her for months. I'd rather those people just leave us alone, forever. I don't necessarily even hate mixed-gender collabs but these "fans" just cause nothing but trouble just for what? Just to snicker at a few clips, not even watching the entire stream.
