7. all of documented lies being on her end makes phase appear more truthful, she is clearly hiding something and is clearly the kind of person to get terminated under those circumstances
8. leveraging their good faith vague notice that only helps her makes her look extremely malicious and worsens their relationship with everyone, i.e. it looks like they should have shit on her in great detail to avoid this situation, they were trying to be good guys and got punished for it, so that won't do that again and yuri is to blame
