Sure there's discord, Twitter and reddit, but they have their drawbacks, even for (relative) normalfags, and, for better or worse (mostly the latter), this stupid fucking board has made a name for itself in the wider English-speaking community. I personally don't think spamming niggerfaggot at someone is as strong of a repellant as people think it is, and being able to post whatever dumb shit you want anonymously is something that appeals to everyone
