>>77579741>>77580884Well I understand that they are passionate about text gen and they want to keep developing it, but as someone who also uses text gen it would be hard to overstate what a massive disappointment NAI has been, right now their text model isn't even worth using as an extra freebie you get on top of image gen, I can't imagine they're gonna be competitive in chatbots when that's probably the most mature market right now.
NAIv4 won't be based on Stable Diffusion so in theory it has the potential to be the best model around once it comes out, but who fucking knows when that's gonna happen. Also while they were ahead of the curve with SDXL when they released Anime v3 the furry model proved that if you can't use styles their models look like shit, personally I'm writing them off entirely until they show something concrete
