So, during the "Definitely not a Pokemon fight," Elektrische Ratte/Bae has approximately 67 HP at level 1. Now, if we base this off of Pokemon HP values, the highest amount of HP one can theoretically have is 17 with a level 1 Blissey/Eternamax Eternatus. However, legally, the best you can get is a level 1 Giratina from HGSS, as you can't get Blissey or any higher stated pokemon at level 1. In order to have 67 HP, we would find that, at minimum, Bae would have at least 2,753 Base HP in order to have that much HP at level 1. At max, it's a clean 2,800. At the VGC level of LV 50, Elektrische Ratte would have 2,900 HP.
If we assume that Elektrische Ratte has 25 Dfand SDf without EVs, but with maxed IVs, it can take a max EV, Special attack boosting, Choice-Specs, Hadron Engine Boosted Draco Meteor from Miraidon. If Miraidon is tera-dragon, and Elektrische Ratte is Electric/Dragon for some reason, it is only a 50% chance to OHKO.
That is a monster...if CC managed to train it from level 1. Unfortunately, it perished due to Big Pink Katze, so we won't be able to see the official competitive performance of Elektrische Ratte.
