Hell Bruce quit because Adam did something so fucked up (he didn't even know about the jacking it in the office at the time. It was something else that everyone internally knows about but aren't saying details publicly) that he contacted RT's HR to get him fired and was ignored. Remember that Bruce knew Adam personally for years and thought of him as a friend and thought Adam crossed a line so badly that he went straight to HR. Apparently people used to tell the single girls in the RT office to stay far away from Adam.
