Which means once they start taking mass breaks you're left with absolutely nothing. Also Cover clearly canned their "minimum number of streams per week quota" for talents in their first year, which is another retarded decision by them. They also don't vet candidates correctly - instead just hiring anyone they like even if they have zero streaming experience, or are still in college for another few years, or have secondary jobs that may take up all their time.
It's pure mismanagement.
