Kanata is a definitely different as a streamer than Subaru, and we have precious few examples of Kanata playing RPGs or anything story-heavy like them (there's really not much; just like Dangan with its restrictions, Undertale, Chrono Trigger and some oddities like Her Story). Subaru having 1.5 years more experience also benefits her a lot and Subaru was great at it even a couple full years ago. Kanata was really into Undertale.
Because Kanata doesn't do much content like that, the closest large set of content to what Subaru does is likely Kanata's watchalongs since she will discuss the content to varying degrees (some movies do end up just being pure reactive content though).
Translators are allergic to Kanata so there's basically a pretty high bar for JP comprehension (which will also help enormously with watching Subaru and is 100% worth the effort to be able to watch them).
