In JP music sphere news, Ringo Sheena just released a new album focused around collaborating with Divas, including AI and Daoko, who was on that radio show with Mori, Kobo and Suisei, as well as in Laplus' birthday live a few days ago.
It's insane to me because I consider Sheena and Utada to be the absolute queens of J-pop, and Mori exists amongst that upper echelon of the Japanese music industry, not to mention being a labelmate of the former. It really has me wondering who she alluded to about providing backing vocals on the album.
I'm just genuinely excited to see how Mori continues to mature as an artist in the future and I have a feeling Phantomime will be a big stride in that direction.
