this looks more like a half assed last ditch effort to "save" the branch in order to show the investors that "they did everything that they could" to justify nuking the branch and moving forward with that taiwan project thing that was mentioned in an interview with one of nijis management last year
they did the same shit with nijiid having those "recruitment drives" despite the fact that those would have resulted into nothing
