The simplest way is to get a card of a chuuba that you like, and then tinker with it.
Perhaps the original creator missed some details in her earrings and bracelets?
Perhaps she has a new outfit, but nobody has bothered to create one in KK?
Perhaps her thighs aren't thick enough compared to her official model?
picreltl;dr Just get a character card and start from there, familiarize yourself with the drop-down menus and sliders.
