Long post warning.
I believe a Clipper Channel should view themselves as a propagandist.
Whoever they clip they should do so in a way that praises/shows the state(vtuber/lia) in a positive/great light, share the history and important events of the state that doesn't require viewing or digging old/deleted vods to view so that's new viewers/loyalists are indoctrinated more easily and feel more as one with the established population, should only praise the state and not attempt to show them in any negative light, such as showing clips from controversial events/yabs/deleted streams (with the exception of gorilla and karaoke's )because they never existed but that is a bit obvious, but what I believe a proper Clipper Channel should resist is clipping lewd moments of a vtuber because that would just serve as quick coomer bait and establish the vtuber that is clipped in such a light as simply another lewdtuber not worth their time. But it is a good idea to show the state is not invincible and without flaws from time to time not to give whiplash to when a new viewer makes the jump to watching streams. A perfect example of this (if it was still up) was lia giving the exact reasons why she did the redebut in the first place and how I'm happy she was with her original model or her singing Sakana's praises and getting emotional about phase. (Though most of those are locked behind memberships but you get what I mean.)
But something a Clipper channel should never do is clip another vtuber with the only exception being the state's allies(company mates)/collaborators. This will create an split within the population and weekend the indoctrination empower the Clipper channel has and we can potential growth for the state.
