Almost every creator in japan supports loli, at the least as a form of creative freedom. All of the people who make all the shows they watch, the manga or novels they read (if they even do read most of them just watch whatever is popular lel) and literally anything else in the industry is MADE by people who like and support loli so just by engaging in this hobby they support them.
