Wealth level 7 is a bit difficult, that would be for an organization that holds the equivalent of an entire nation's wealth (so, like Moriji's Black Fleet, or 2434's C.I.O, or the Onobot Fund). Its entirely up to you but the 7 implies a lot of things about how the nation and the company interact, and who is the one holding the reigns.
