It's supposed to be something you can enjoy with the added money bonus. Sure, it's a symbol of prestige to be part of hololive (now) because you are in the big leagues, but you have to remember it's the big leagues of anime girls playing vidya and being internet idols. Memes aside, these girls would leave it the moment it became a burden to them, as most have college education and could very well just land a boring, souless, well paying administrative job. The ONLY holo I can think of that really looks up to Hololive as a life saver would be Ame, because having no job vs one is a no brainer. Anyone that complains about Hololive being oppressive to their talents, is a retard that hasn't worked in any real company or has had any real profession before. Hololive is a fucking school job compared to the real deal.
