I don't think it's a narcissistic thing. I think it's honestly more a feel like it's a mixture of wanting to stay seen as a leader of sorts l, ya know, like elira and pomu may constantly push the title of "leader" off on one another, selen has always tried to put herself into a leadership position and honestly, while I love Rosemi and Petra, I'll fully admit they're way top meek to ever be seen in that kinda role.
She wants to be responsible for bringing Nijisanji to new people, but she also has a lot of self esteem issues and has brought it up numerous times so it really wouldn't surprise me if she fell into the trap of imposter syndrome, after all, she's legitimately one of the only people in the lazusydia waves who can't speak at least some Japanese or sing (though I love her attempts. They're very cute)
I wish she'd honestly take a break but she has the same problem pomu does where she's deathly afraid of YouTube fucking her over while she does. Though, her shorts are extremely successful with some at over 500k views and at least 1 over a million (
