If you're all about how the big numbers are a label of quality or hard work or whatever, then there are many huge vtubers and big corpos with big numbers or even the bigger /lig/ chuubas.
Personally I didn't get into indies with that mindset, that's not what I'm here for. It kinda defeats the point to put value on that when you're interested in indies, and that applies in all hobbies. This is not saying indies themselves shouldn't care, this is a completely different topic.
