Every Vtuber had that problem(indie, Holo, Niji, whatever) during 2 to 3 weeks( it has slowly started near the end of December and ended the 12th of January) and some 3DPDs had that problem as well( besides some highly known fleshtubers like Valkyrae that were untouched for some reason). The VOD views were totally fine at the time(same average compared to before the CCVID), yet the live counter was fucked up.
YouTube never bothered explaining the reason why though.
