The beasts out of the sea in Daniel are a winged lion (Babylon), a bear (Persia), a leopard with multiple heads (Greece/Rome) and a 'dreadful and terrible fourth beast with a talking horn' (possibly Anglo-American empire with the small horn being modern Israel or false religion analogous to the antichrist beast in Revelation)
